How to Qualify

Pay attention to the following information to find out how you and your team can compete in the World of Warcraft Arena World Championships: Australia & New Zealand Qualifiers.

Eligibility:

The following criteria by all team members must be met to compete in the World of Warcraft Arena World Championships: Australia & New Zealand Qualifiers:

*Teams may have a maximum of one member who is not a resident of Australia or New Zealand. This member must be on a VISA with a fixed address (ie Student or Work VISA but not a Tourist VISA).

Once eligible, teams will need to register their details on the official Battlefy landing page by creating an account and clicking the red join button. Full details can be found within the registration page.

Registering does not guarantee yourself into the bracket, you must be cleared to meet the eligible criteria and check-in via the Battlefy landing page within 30 minutes of the start of the Tournament. Failure to do so will run the risk of removal you from the tournament.

Team Rosters

This year, we’re giving teams the option to expand their roster to a total of four players. As a result, each team will have a lot more flexibility in their team compositions, which lets them worry less about how their particular composition matches up against their opponents’, and focus on playing their absolute best.

Registration Priority

To register, teams will need to register their details on the official Battlefy landing page. The first eight eligible teams to register will be placed into the tournament. Any registrations subsequent to this will be put on a waiting list where they will be placed into the tournament only if a prior registered team is disqualified or does not check-in prior to the commencement of the tournament. Blizzard discretion is final.

America Championship

The winning team of the ANZ Finals will be flown to America to compete in the America Championship. Flights and accommodation will be paid for at a location and time of Blizzard's choosing. At this event, the top two placing teams will advance to the World of Warcraft Arena World Championships held at BlizzCon in Anaheim, California over November 6 and 7, 2015.
